Signing up for thebestworkdesk membership is free and will earn you special loyalty rewards. You will have access to cash incentives, rebates, referrals, VIP pricing or other membership exclusives.
Our order policies
- For minimum orders:
We do not set any minimum order quantities, nor will the quantity influence the item prices.
- For processing and shipping:
We normally process your orders right away but please allow us at least 1 day to prepare your order. We always use the express service when it comes to shipping your orders, but the timeframe will still depend on the courier's specified date range and your location. Our deliveries usually take 7 to 15 business days within the USA.
If you have not received your order on the 15th day, please contact us so we can follow up on your order. If by any chance, you still have not received your order on the 30th day, we will be re-processing and re-shipping the same order with no additional charges. In this case, you may also request your order to be replaced with any item from our Collection given the same value. We will do a follow-up with our manufacturer regarding order delays.
- For quality issues:
All of the products listed on our site are 100% new and in great condition. In rare cases wherein quality problems arise, please request for re-processing and re-shipping. This will require you to send us images or video of the damaged item within 2 days after receipt. We will no longer entertain replacement requests beyond the allocated 2 days.
Please make sure to read the product description before purchasing since we do not re-process and re-ship if you merely have a change of heart after seeing the actual product.
- For color resolution / pattern issues:
Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see. If u have any doubt of our products, kindly check first the customer product reviews for the actual color, size, or product pattern.
- For size issues:
If you received an item and realize that it does not fit, make sure from the placement of order, you check our size chart. However, if we sent the wrong size, we got you covered on that! Size chart here
- Item Does Not Fit
1.1 If you ordered size small, we also sent you a size Small. But still does not fit, we can process your order for a larger size, but the buyer will shoulder the item cost, shipping cost, and return shipping cost.
1.2 If you ordered size small, but we sent a different size and item does not fit. We will be processing your order to its correct size at no additional cost. We will also cover the shipping cost (if any), and we will refund to you the return shipping cost after you sent us an image as proof for returning the affected item. We will refund you immediately via Paypal, but the amount will reflect on your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
- For out-of-stock items or low stocks:
All items will be automatically tagged as out-of-stock when supplies run out. You will have the option to type in your email address to request a heads-up once new stocks become available. In some cases, if we can't get stocks right away our Order Fulfillment Department will automatically process a refund for out-of-stock items and you will be able to get your money back within 5 to 7 business days in your bank or PayPal account.
- For missing packages:
We will ship your items according to the address you give us. We will not be held liable for any parcels that go missing because of information errors on your behalf or courier negligence. If we are at fault, we will gladly re-process and re-ship the items at no additional cost.
However, if the parcel still hasn't reached your doorstep despite our courier's claims of it being delivered, give us a leeway of 2 WEEKS before shipping the item. Who knows, you might be able to find the item in your area. Please note that we will only be able to reprocess this one last time before we forfeit your claim.
- ITEM EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUNDS
- For Item Exchange:
1.1 We process Item Exchange, fees depends on the reason and proof presented by the buyer.
1.2 In rare cases that the customer accidentally choose a wrong item to purchase we will try to make modifications but it’s not a guarantee since we normally process orders right away or at least within 24 hours.
- For Item Refunds:
If you wish to get a refund instead of a replacement for your defective order/s you would need to send us a proof of the return item, once the proof of return is validated and the item has been returned to us we will provide you a refund as agreed.
- Defective Item or Damaged Item:
You are advised to send us a photo within 24 to 72 hours after receiving the item. We can reship the item at no additional cost. The buyer has to pay first the return shipping fee but we will be able to reimburse the return shipping fee amount via e-gift card of the amount you paid for the return shipping. You can use the e-gift card on your next purchase.
1.1 For faulty, incorrect, or missing items that should be part of the package, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
1.2 For electronic products, the customer should be able to raise a dispute within 7 days after receiving the item to consider it as a defective item.
Please take note that we do not reprocess damage items that were caused by the buyer himself as if it was dropped, worn, torn after fitting, and the like. Returning items should be good as new with tag and packing.
- Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed.
During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1.1 If you change your order BEFORE it has been shipped
We can change orders as long as it was requested immediately after placing the order, in cases that we can’t provide your change item please see 1.2 paragraph of this section.
1.2 If you requested to change your order AFTER it has been shipped
We normally process orders a few hours after placing or up to 24 hours. We suggest to make a new order and the cancellation of the incorrect order will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. The item should be returned in a like-new condition (we retain the right to determine like-new condition) for a refund less shipping and handling fee.
1.3 Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY
Under no circumstances, we will be liable to lose or damaged item since we have a designated return address that has authorized personnel to receive returns and for exchange items.
At this stage, we will assess all of the applicable fees - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees. Please contact our customer support specialists for our return address.
1.4 Change of mind
Buying online is subjective, our role is to help you decide by giving all the details you need. Under no circumstances, (a) we accept cancellation of order due to change of mind after order has been placed, (b) we will consider the refusal of delivery as a change of mind. Please refer to paragraph 1.3 of this section.
In rare cases that you've changed your mind after receiving your order, you only have 48 hours after delivery to return the item to us in a like-new condition (we retain the right to determine like-new condition) and send us a proof of return.
Once we received the returned item in a like-new condition we will provide you a refund less all the fees incurred on the said transaction.
- For fraud claims:
Our online store has a fraud analysis app that checks orders similar to non-fraudulent orders observed in the past for all our customers. Your online account should be your own responsibility (keep your password to yourself, do your own transactions, etc.) Upon successfully completing your order, you will receive a notification email informing you that your order from
thebestworkdesk has been processed. Your Credit card or Paypal also notifies you of your online transactions.
Therefore, we do not accept customer fraud claims raised after receiving the item, informing us that you did not order it or somebody hacked into your account. You may raise a fraud claim within 24 hours once the charge reflects on your bank or before we fulfill your order. That way, we can help you cancel the fraudulent order placement. Otherwise, you may opt to not accept the fraudulent item delivered (so that it will be returned to us) and then advise us that it has reached you. Once the item is returned with evidence, we will give your account a full refund.
- Other Duties and Taxes:
The best work desk does not bear any Customs Duty or Tax. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online with us, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay upon checkout.
Additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) may apply. This is to make it clear that buyers are responsible for paying these additional fees
